We primarily construct small sheds that don't require a permit (typically 200 square feet or less). Additionally, our process is simple and streamlined. This means if you contact us today, you could have a new shed room in your backyard next month.
Our builds take one month; this includes a new foundation and interior finishes.
We handle everything so you don't have to; including concrete foundations, electrical connections, framing, roofing, iron, metal and any other trade we may need. ha

It's really that simple! All of our standard extras are detailed on our accessories page. However, we are a custom shed builder and have plenty of experience with specialty requests such as metal siding, large format glass windows, iron work for decks or whatever the heart desires.

Hi, my name is Ethan Beyenoff, my longtime friend Javier and I own and operated Beyenoff Builds, LLC. We have built many homes, remodeled many rooms, and more recently built dozens of backyard 'shed' rooms. With the difficulty and cost of finding a new house on the Eastside, many homeowners are choosing to build a new room in their existing backyard. And it's cheaper, faster and easier than buying a new house and moving!
