When installing your new shed, we start by pouring a new concrete foundation.
Shed walls are framed 16 inches OC, bolted to the foundation, wired for electrical and insulated.
Exteriors have a metal roof, single swing glass door, two large 5' sidelight windows, cement fiberboard lap or panelized siding, flashing, metal trim, 2 exterior lights and an outdoor rated electrical panel.
Interiors are finished with 1/2" sheetrock, LED disc lights, outlets, 2 switches, trim, paint and LVT floors (Luxury Vinyl Tile).

Roofing is --------- fastened down by -------. 1/2-inch plywood is used on the roof with a layer of felt. Framing is 16 inches OC. The interior walls and ceiling are insulated with R-13 and R-21 respectively and finished with 1/2" sheetrock. Sheds with a depth of 10' have a rear wall height of 7' and a front wall height of 9'. Sheds with a depth of 12' have a rear wall height of 7'6" and a front wall height of -----.
